This was my 1958 VW van that I bought in 1973 , restored in '76 & sold in 1983 .
It had a built 1641cc engine , Shelby wheels & custom interior . It also was my first custom car .

It has a built (new) 302 with an Edelbrock Performer intake , Holley carb , Accel dual point distributor with Petronix upgrade . The trans is a built C-4 with a B&M floor shifter .
Wheels are Eagle Alloys .
Factory power steering .
Geo power brake booster.
Paint : PPG Omni 3 stage base coat/clear coat , blue pearl over black .

1940 Chevrolet 1 1/2 Ton Truck
This was my winter 2006 project for a friend in Helena .

This is a rather interesting truck with an interesting history .
It started out as a 1931 truck , bought new by the family for the ranch near Harlowtown . At some point a flood ruined the cab & it was replaced with '40 sheetmetal . The ranch was sold & the truck was salvaged in 2005 by family members & brought to me for restoration in 2006 .
After realigning everything to properly fit the '31 frame , it was disassembled & the frame & engine was taken home by the owner to complete . Before that I moved the entire front axle assembly back 9" to center the wheels in the front fenders .
Lots of reproduction parts were aquired & the neatest find was a pair of NOS front fenders .
